Cancellations

If you are unable to attend, we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost.

For security reasons, all requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 24 hours before the conference with the name, job title and contact email for both the registered and replacement delegate/s at info@british-hydro.org.

Cancellations must be received in writing, via email, in advance of the event, to info@british-hydro.org.

BHA Annual Conference cancellation policy –

Before 1^st October – Full Refund
After 24^th October – 50% refund
After 10th November – No Refund
Failure to attend – No refund
